Leicester City started the day secure in 1st Place with 53 pts, 5 points ahead of Spurs and Arsenal, who were tied in 2nd Place, both with 48 pts. With a win today, Leicester City would have pulled 8 pts clear of Arsenal, pretty much destroying any chance for Arsenal to win the Premier League for 2016.
