I'm quite surprised that Biden had the guts to recognize this. Past POTUS' of either party were too timid to rock the boat with a fellow NATO member. An Armenian friend of mine in L.A. (which has the largest population of Armenians in the US) told me that before many of them were "Trump! Trump! Trump! Trump!" and now they're all "Biden! Biden! Biden! Biden!".
Now if Biden can just recognize the Native American genocides, especially Andrew Jackson (but not limited to him) and especially what Kissinger did in Cambodia and Chile. Double bonus while that fvcker is still alive. Doubt any of that happens though, but there's always another POTUS that can.
