For those in the area - come on out on Friday night 4/5, the Taste of Osage City event gives competing teams the opportunity to vend their menu items and generate some sales. I’m partnering with Gemini BBQ out of Goddard for the weekend and we are going to offer jalapeño bacon brats, bbq chicken skewers, the tailgate brisket grilled cheese and red cabbage Parmesan slaw.
There are 100+ teams competing on Saturday in the KCBS sanctioned comp - qualifier for the American Royal.
