Every time I see something about college sports, it's SEC or Big 10 dominated. Both the ACC and Big 12 are falling behind. I can't figure out why the two conferences aren't doing something together. Surely they know this current set up won't work. Need to create a super conference and we'd own basketball media by far.
We have solid brands between the two conferences in both major sports. Would be impossible to ignore IMO. Only three schools don't make sense in that conference: UCF, Cincy and Houston.
Cal and Stanford might object to the academics on the big 12 but I have a feeling their AD budget would like it.
