On expansion, hawk fan continues to imply the GOR and the TV deal are tied together. My understanding is the GOR is separate from any TV arrangements and has its own terms and limits. For example, the TV deal could be renewed for 10 years and the GOR could be renewed for 15 years without either affecting the other. Now I understand the TV people would probably insist on a reasonable GOR to sign long term TV deal, but that is the only connection I am aware of.
