Refreshing my memory on what Les Koenning did his last year at A&M and was a little bit surprised watching some of this game.
On their first drive, they start out in the traditional FB/TE set, then go single back/3 wide, then back to FB/TE set, then back to single back/3 wide set, and then go five wide with their first five plays. A few plays later they were single back with the TE split out wide.
Now maybe that was a rare drive/game for them, and we don't have a Javorskie Lane or Martellus Bennett on the team, so maybe we can't do as many different type of formations as he did at A&M, but was kind of surprised when watching this seeing how much Koenning mixed things up on a play to play basis
