The sight OPEC output cut they engineered will have little impact other than producing another boost in our fracking production - assuming the next Administration doesn't snatch defeat from the jaws of victory by shutting down our fracking. We could actually become a net exporter of petroluem liquids and gases. Saudis are way deep in fiscal deficit by their failed effort to crush our domestic oil industry and we need to keep them there if possible. 9/11 revenge could be sweet here.
