I have a room reserved for the nights of Dec. 25-26 at the Phoenix Sheraton Downtown which is about 3 miles from the stadium. I now can't go. Happy to turn the room over to someone else for the cost I've already paid for the room which is $150 a night plus tax, service fee. If interested let me know.
