Question for the people that live in the midwestern states. How are the farmers doing in dealing with everthing from operations standpoint? I live in Eastern Washington where we do a lot of potato farming, they are reporting over a billion pounds still has not been contracted out that are already in storage due to processing facilities A) not having as many workers and B) supply is not needed. I have already seen feeds that were planted with new potatoes just plowed under. I am not sure if they are going to try to get in a different crop of wheat, alfalfa, or Timothy Hay as those are the other crops grown up here. Doubtful on any corn. Anyways I was curious about Midwest as I know its Wheat, Corn and Soybeans I believe as the top 3.
