I like Lance having an internal system working with the same people for over a decade. It's reasonable to think the same offensive philosophy comes from all these guys. It'll be interesting to see Zenronski calling our bowl if Kotelnicki isn't going to be there. I just don't see much changing if he's put at OC permanently. I think the offense has been a collective idea from Lance and his peeps. Obviously..
