(For those who don't know, the SD AG was driving on the shoulder late at night after leaving a party, hit a person, pulled over and called the cops saying he possibly hit a deer. The victim was carrying a flashlight, had gone through the windshield, and their glasses were found in the car. There are conflicting reports on whether the AG was administered a breathalyzer. Charges thus far are of the misdemeanor level. The AG is refusing to resign.)
