I know for you in-state guys KState is a good enough arch-rival; but for those of us who came to KU from different geographies we need something more than an agriculture school in Manhattan,KS as a rival. Hailing from the mid west; beating the tar out of a former confederate state would bring us exceptional jubilation. KU is a national brand much like Michigan, UNC, Texas etc., we need more than K State.
The timing is right as coach Beaty will have us kicking ass by 2017. Let's schedule them and beat the shi*t out of them.
