A year and a half ago I bought a water rower for exercise. Although, I have a full gym in the basement I have found that the water rower is the best exercise form I have used over the years. It’s aerobic, anaerobic and resistance all in one. Any other rowers and what are the opinions? Now that I have to think about my joints rowing doesn’t seem to cause any discomfort other than shear effort. Not so with most other exercises and machines I have used over the years. My gym has a bowflex extreme system, a Nordic track pro treadmill, a life cycle recumbent bike, a Solo upright bike, dumb bells, kettle balls, Etc.
