I just read where UT landed its 4th ex-Baylor recruit in Patrick Hudson a blue chip OL recruit. The article stated that Hudson is the 28th member of UT's 2016 class. How can UT sign more than 25? I guess they had early enrollees, etc.? I am just amazed that KU has such a roster crunch while schools like LSU, Michigan, UT and Florida can over-sign seemingly every year. I am clearly missing something because the rules are the same for everyone, right?
