I just spoke with Maciah Long. They are getting to play Clear Spring in the second round of the playoffs.
I reached out and asked him how things have been and mentioned the Indiana article. Long said he talked with the Calvin Thibodeaux and some of the Kansas coaches tonight.
"It went good," he said. "I love Kansas and that's where I am committed. In my mind I'm not going to change that."
Long said when he spoke with the coaches nothing was talked about the article written today.
He said he will take his official visit KU on January 30. He didn't remember the date but knew the game.
"Its when they play Kentucky," he said.

Last week it looks Reggie Mitchell was stealth-like and got down to Florida to see RB Jawon Hamilton. Hamilton said Mitchell was at his school. Although it is still a no contact period Hamilton liked the fact Mitchell made the trip... "He said he was coming down to see me and nobody else," Hamilton said. "I love attention I am getting from coach Mitchell and Kansas."
Hamilton also said he has set up an official visit for Jan. 29

I spoke with Stephan Robinson CB from NEO this morning and he said he has set up an official visit with KU for Dec . 4. He said he will take his trip to Tennessee this weekend. He is a mid-year grad so his weekends to take visits is starting to to dwindle. He did say he is still open to schools who might trip him the final weekend on Dec. 11 before he signs his letter.
Robinson is a key guy in my opinion. I think he's a starter right away. He's very talented. I also have to believe more schools are going to come in late on him.
