The Oklahoman reported that the driver accused in the crash, Adacia Chambers, 25,is being held on manslaughter charges. She originally had been arrested on a complaint of driving under the influence.
Payne County District Attorney Laura Austin Thomas told the Oklahoman that Chambers is now being held on four manslaughter charges, and will likely be charged with driving under the influence of drugs. Alcohol is not thought to have been involved.
