So I have posted on here before, probably to the extent of ad nauseam, that my wife and I have a long trip to get to Lawrence. We skipped Missouri State but made the Illinois and BYU games.
We were going to pass on UCF and come back for the OU, Tech, and KSU games. But we discussed and the team/coaches need all the support they can after Texas and JD’s uncertain status. So we will be in the stands on Saturday. Hell, we will probably end up going to OU game as well.
I am praying for a good turnout of Jayhawk fans for the game. Looks like gorgeous weather is forecasted.
Bonus for us is that On the Hook Fish and Chips truck is in Great Bend on Friday so we will hit that on the way to Lawrence!
