Passed Saudi and Russia in the latest reporting period. Natural gas (LNG) exports also increasing. We could use this production to loosen the grip these two have on European energy consumers. Would especially love to see us go after the Russians on this. Production is increasing so fast in the Permian basin that it has surpassed the Bakken output. Pipeline constraints are actually inhibiting bigger production increases in both basins. Disclaimer - one of my kids is in senior management in a Bakken company.
