Mnuchin has announced that the planned Harriet Tubman $20 has been delayed until at least 2028. This is disappointing, but not at all surprising. Not only was there a 0% chance Trump would put a black woman on a major bill, but there was a 0% chance he'd remove his hero, the ethnic cleanser Jackson.
