What are your thoughts so far with the new staff, their approach and results --
For me - I am very impressed with the energy and drive I see out of these guys. Constantly recruiting, not afraid to turn over stones others walk right by, interaction with the fans through personal appearance or social media and their honesty and approach to reality (we have a long way to go message). I do not believe this turns "L's" into "W's" but I do believe they are creating a mindset that hasn't been around Lawrence in a football setting for a number of years.
Sure the overall test will be Wins and Losses but I think before any of that takes place, the overall attitude and culture of the program had to be addressed so these kids do not just "want" to win but "believe" they can win.
