The pharma CEOs were just convicted for actions their companies took. Personally, I think this needs to happen more often. What are other's thoughts?
I recognize any little action an employee takes shouldn't be held as the fault of the CEO, but I think we need to start setting a standard of if the CEO knew and didn't correct an illegal action, or should have reasonably known, they should be found personally liable.
