I laugh at the people explaining their votes by saying in one form or another "I did not come to Congress to further my personal gain" Bull dumplings. They are all there to grow their wealth, curry favors, and have a power base providing for themselves. Their votes of their individual conscences means a vote for their individual well being. And it is the same for all 535 of them.
