Wants so-called late arriving ballots - after 8pm on election night - thrown out. The Pennsylvania Secretary of State says there are about 10,000 of them. Biden leads by 45000. Enough said. Also filing federal suits to delay certification of Pennsylvania electors on December 14th. 12th amendment to the Constitution says the respective state legislatures are in charge of certification. A lawsuit barrage that can be adequately described in one word - bullshi%t. State courts are tossing these desperate lawsuits almost as soon as they arrive. A sore loser legal team will undoubtedly go on until Biden is certified on the 14th. Or until Republican leaders get some spine to tell the loser it’s over and to give it up.
