Progress is undeniable. So much so that it opens the door to couch coaching and attendant fandom strategy huddles. You have three time outs. They have the ball and are running on a gassed D. 90+% chance you are going need the ball back to even have a chance. You decide to let the clock run and don’t take a timeout till 18 or so seconds? A second one at 13 seconds. Then, they take a knee and 7 more secs run off and you don’t make any thing of it? Now 6 secs left. Whoops. Not the best of in- game strategic moments for sure.
The last 1:05 was pretty darn hard to watch
