Is how I thought we had been through it all as a fanbase. Being so terrible for so long, with a few bright years mixed in with Mangino but especially from Gill to Les experiencing the lowest of lows a program can fall to, that after all of that, we are actually now experiencing the worst of it all. It actually somehow got worse.
This season is by far the worst thing I’ve experienced as a Jayhawk fan and I’ve been going to games since the 90’s.
There is just no way to describe how badly it hurts to have your first real true expectations and dreams for the program after thinking the worst was behind you for good come crashing down and look like a total idiot, your program look like a fraud, and your hope be totally dashed so fast.
