If we continue to play 10+ freshman every year, we will never even begin to rebuild. We need 4 & 5 year players before we can compete. And we need a total change in offensive philosophy.
I wanted an explosive run game coach and not a dink and dunk air raid when we will never have the personnel to compete effectively there.
Look at the Big 12...Oklahoma has AA quality RBs but can get out of their way and loose the first game when they can't run for 50 yards.
We need to be physical and shorten the game down to compete. We will go through this same crap again in 3 years if Beatty does not have success, but Fritz will then be about 60.
Also, please find me a RB over 200lbs ; 215 would be preferred!
