I mentioned this on the stadium thread, but it had turned into a mess so I don't know how many people were actually viewing that thread....
Does anyone have an update on the apartment/retail development project that was planned in Berkley Flats space? Has this been put on hold? I remember reading last spring that it had received prelim zoning approval by city and "hoped" to start construction by end of year 2014...
Has anyone heard or read anything about this recently? Thanks!
