Quit. I haven't seen this team just pack it in and not try. I saw that in year 1 with Gill. I don't remember seeing that with Weis though sans 1 Texas game (I could be wrong).
He has the players buying in he just needs to make some simple fixes. Sometimes though the simple fixes are the hardest ones for people to make.
