If we play efficiently consistently on offense, we can have some success against this ISU defense...

They currently rank in the 100s in rushing yards per attempt, completion percentage allowed, scoring defense, fumbles recovered, fumble recovery percentage, and sacks. They are also ranked in the 80s with respect to INTs per game. They have struggled stopping people and for the most part haven't been that aggressive.

Last week against OU, one of the biggest things to me was the fact that OUs FB/H-back who had 1 carry in the previous 2 1/2 seasons combined goes out there and rushes for over 5 yards per carry to get 115 yards against them. That's not good.

Then this past week against WVU, in the second half noticed some pretty solid blocking going on for some of the runs. In particular to start the second half on KU's offensive drive, Adeniji did some really good things on a couple of edge runs to open up some big holes.

Now we have to play well consistently, and that's not even remotely close to a given with our offense. But there is an opportunity out there this weekend that I hope our entire offense is hungry to take advantage of...
