Tier 2: Some historical success but inconsistent and their windows are open, even if slightly: Kansas. No, the Jayhawks aren’t there yet, but I’m siding with Lance Leipold. He just signed a $7 million contract and has things rolling in Lawrence. Baylor is a contender, but a 9-16 record the past two seasons doesn’t inspire me much.
