Not a good sample size and not an inforgraphic, but I also am pretty confident this one case is not the exemption to the rule. Look at the highlighted follow-up comments from the Americans as well as people from other countries. I know many here do not like the ACA but the rest of the world is laughing at us. The question we all have debated ad infinitum.. where do we draw the line between people and profits, saving human lives and keeping Wall Street, investors of private hospitals, and doctors happy.
