- Trump relents and the government is reopened without a wall.
- Trump doesn't relent, but is overruled by Congress and the government is reopened without wall $.
- Ds buckle and give him his wall money.
- Trump declares a national emergency, diverts military funds, claims victory and allows a bill to pass that reopens the govt.
- The government never reopens.
