So here is the summary as I don't know how to attach the spreadsheet.
Some caveats:
This only includes the 2 deep for offense and defense and does not include special teams.
Some teams had 12 players listed on offense because of an h back or 2 TE's etc.. so I removed one of these so that we had 11 starters as the common number.
Regarding the rosters I don't have any way of telling scholarship vs walk on's.
OU and TCU rosters had considerably less players listed so not sure if they aren't listing walk on's.
It would be nice to know how many scholarship players each team has so we could accurately compare scholarship numbers vs walk on's. I will try to find that info.
