Realignment Teams

We always talk about if we will have a spot or get left out, are low on the list, high on the list,etc. So the question is of all the teams how many bring more to the table than Kansas?

Obviously Notre Dame, OU, and Texas are the most coveted teams and this is where the debate really starts, who's the best that's left?
