In case you missed the story, during the St. Louis protests an undercover black cop who had not violated any laws was pinned to the ground by cops and ruthlessly beaten. The offending cop who actively beat the man was sentenced to only 4 years. The cop who pinned him down, live streamed his actions, has numerous racist comments, and bragged about beating people at the protest got 1 year and 1 day - half what even defense attorneys asked.
