California's governor Newsome says Cal will welcome all immigrants illegal or not. So my question is if a state does this should they be allowed to offer these illegals any benefits that come from federal dollars or should the state only be able to provide out of state revenues? IMO there are too many immigrants in the other 49 states that need assistance and Cal should use their dollars for this "welcoming" program.
