Question for BB coaches / folks who teach the game : Lets assume you are the coach, what would you do to improve Greene, Selden, Svi, Oubre, Lucas ? What are you going to do, to improve their game?

I am trying to remain positive about next year. Lets assume that Oubre, Selden, Greene all come back. What drills should they individually work on, to correct weaknesses during the off-season? I am sure that everyone of them go into the gym and shoot a ton of shots on their own. But, they are by themselves, not game action and they are NOT BEING GUARDED. .

1. Greene for example: Fabulous shooter, probably shoots 90% from 3 pt range when he is in the gym by himself. But he is easy to defend since he cannot dribble away from a defender, he is a stand still shooter. What drills can he work on to develop his game? Dribble behind his back, to get away from traffic ? Have someone 'body up against him ' and chase him around in practice with a huge 2ft sponge hand in his face ?
2. Same question for Selden and Oubre. What should they work on?
3. Same question for Svi, love his game but he has not shown any long distance shooting ability.
4. Same question for Lucas. He worked his way into the lineup, and will at least be depended upon as a major sub next year. But he needs to develop some sort of 'spin moves', or a 'face up game' . Too bad D .Manning is gone, he would have helped Lucas.

Each player needs to individually makes an honest assessment of their limitations and improve their game dramatically.

Frank Mason apparently did that during the off season, and he improved as much as any player that I can recently remember.
