The GOP raised all sorts of questions about the Bidens and Ukraine. Granted, they have no evidence or even a whiff of evidence that something illegal happened, but they have convinced themselves all the same - or rather are trying to convince themselves and others. Then Bernie started to make significant ground and shockingly the investigations and news kind of died away. But, lo-and-behold, literally the Monday after Biden showed life and won SC, the GOP announced who they were issuing deposition requests from people related to the Bidens and Ukraine. Then with Biden surging on Super Tuesday, they announced literally the next day they going ahead with multiple investigations into the Bidens and will be releasing preliminary reports in a few months.
I'm sure it's just a coincidence that the talk of scandal was all the rage when BIden was the presumptive favorite, then it went away when Bernie rose, then suddenly became a major focus of the GOP after Biden regained traction, but curious all the same.
