My Extended family member Rick Alvarez has been diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer. The prognosis is grim, he is undergoing chemotherapy and pain management. Any good thoughts and prayers are deeply appreciated. We are going to lose a wonderful Jayhawk and a truly great person. Any way to get someone from the football or basketball office to send a note of encouragement, I know he would be thrilled if that could happen. Thanks guys and gals.
