62 kids played yesterday. 15 were seniors. And those 15 included guys like Chevy Graham, Kahn, Aaron Plump, Semke, Beau Bell, and Kapil Fletcher who I can barely remember playing. Only seniors who got a lot of PT were Peters, Big Larry, Mann, Parmalee, Goodman, Cox, Glatczak, Haughton, and Barbiel.
20 freshman played according to the participation report. 8 sophomores. That doesn't include guys like McCauley, Hartzog, Dezir, and Rhodes that have all seen PT.
I think this speaks volumes on not just what Beaty inherited, but also what he is doing, and is encouraging to see us get better and play well with this many young kids playing even against a team like Tech that didn't play well at all against us.
