Penn State has less than 70 Scholarship players, played 18 freshman and walkons yesterday and still beat a solid San Diego St. team, beat Rutgers by 20 and is 3-1. So much for sanctions, low scholarship numbers and playing freshman and walkons. Why does it seem to work for others but not us?
