In Q3 with about 6 min left sdsu ran for a 1st down, then got called for a late hit "after the play." Why did they get 1st and 10 after the mark off of 15 yds? Shouldn't the chains have stayed where the run ended then 15 yds get marked off for a dead ball foul to give them 1st and 25?
