Won't be a game changer, as the big bill still in my opinion is the Voting Rights bill which isn't effected, but this makes the Ds efforts far easier, and the GOP's obstinance harder.
That said, Manchin is strangely holding up the infrastructure bill because he wants the corporate tax rate at 25% instead of 28%. Seems like a symbolic 'fly in the ointment' stand, but it's where we are now.
