Oubre is #10 or #13 at best...stay or go?

If a kid is top 5 then think has to go, like Embied last yr. However, Oubre at best is 10-15, barely in the lottery and he shit the bed this tourney and really didnt close out yr great. Does he come back to toughen up and be a legit top 5 pick, as could make sense?
