OT- jack stack bbq

I'm catering for a group of 10 people tomorrow evening and we have decided upon JackStack BBQ.
Any "Musts" that I need to make sure that I include for all of us?
I value this boards 'taste buds' as I've seen many good threads on food over the years.
If I remember correctly they even have great fire-kissed chicken wings.
Anyways just didn't want to forget something.
