Anyone know if that's happening or not? I remember seeing the plans and thinking that would be pretty cool. It'd probably help with student attendance and would look good instead of those awful apartments currently there.
I remember seeing something ridiculous about parking being an issue. Seems like the city should worry more about how many houses in that neighborhood have 10 people living in them.
