This season eerily familiar to the ‘96 and ‘09 seasons - Mason and Mangino’s last seasons. Both seasons had high expectations only to result in flameouts. Both had distractions - Mason’s Georgia reversal and domestic issues, Mangino’s alleged player abuse. Does LL have what it takes to ride out a drastically disappointing season and see success again in short term or are we searching for another coach in the next couple of years.
