1. Mason - toughest guy on team. Huge leap this year. Half as big a leap for next year would make him an All-American candidate. Needs to improve fast break decision making and finishing. Needs more court awareness when driving to the basket.

2. Graham - Second toughest guy on the team. Farther along than Mason at this time but not as explosive or strong. Needs to work on fast break decision making and finishing. Makes a few bad decisions that should be corrected with experience.

3. Selden - Massively disappointing season. Better 3% than it seemed. Worst finisher on a team of bad finishers. Needs to improve ball handling and decision making. Also, appears heavy and lacks explosiveness. Needs to improve quickness (if possible). Would like him to become a "3 and D" guy. Only go to the basket if there is no resistance.

4. Greene - Good 3% built on one month of ridiculous shooting. Defense ranges from non-existent to atrocious. Mediocre ball handler and bad decision maker (on and off the court). He is what he is. His improvement will rely on someone fixing our offense. He has been held back offensively by our lack of a coherent system and lack of ability to get shooters open.

5. Svi - Who knows. Seemed to have good court awareness. Solid passer and defense. Did not shoot well. Needs strength, experience and improved ball handling. Is a candidate to make a big leap for next year.

6. Ellis - Solid season. Took a lot of crap, most of which was undeserved. He does symbolize what many didn't like about this team. He is the softest PF we have had. Gets his shot blocked a lot, gets ball taken from him a lot, and is not a terribly strong rebounder. Could improve his strength and ball handling. Could be a poor man's Marcus Morris if he developed better handles. Would be greatly helped by acquiring a big man enforcer for next season.

7. Lucas - Exceeded expectations. Desperately needs to add strength. Lacks explosiveness. Gets shot blocked a lot and is a very poor finisher around the rim. Needs a reliable 10 foot jumper. Should be a solid 4th big man. May need him to be more.

8. Mickelson - Who knows. Seems to have a little skill. Good timing for shot blocking. Otherwise not a tremendous defender. Lacks strength and quickness. Looks awkward. If he couldn't crack the lineup this year, I don't expect much next year. Could be a serviceable fourth big guy.

9. Traylor - Disappointing season. Seemed to lack focus. At times, was a tremendous energy guy. Way too many turnovers. Showed flashes of adequacy in the high post especially against zones. Could really use a 10 to 15 foot jumper. Needs to be a fourth big guy or energy guy.

10. Oubre - Probably won't be back. Needs strength and to improve ball handling. Showed flashes of greatness but too many disappearing acts. A year in the stregth program could turn him in to a star. But we will likely never know. If back, he is another guy that could helped by a more coherent offense that provided more spot up and isolation opportunities.

11. Alexander - Probably won't be back. Disappointing season. Was not the tough guy, high motor athlete we were expecting. Could really use an offseason in the strength program. Lacks any post moves. If he developed the motor we thought he had, could be a difference maker with our need for some toughness.

12. Bragg - Seems to be an Ellis type. We can use the offense but won't solve our major issues.

13. Center - Need an enforcer and low post option desperately.

14. SG/SF - Need a scorer/defender/athlete with some swagger.
