I've noticed this more this week than ever. What is the deal with the refs not calling moving screens when the screener is literally not set and facing the defender moving his body shielding the shooter? ISU did it a couple times last week, Spangler for OU did it 2 or 3 times Monday, and just saw Ridley do it for Texas.
