I watched their game against SEMO and they line up in the swinging gate (that's what old guys call it) on extra points.
I asked him about it. First he looked at me like I was nuts and then asked "how did you know that."
I told him I watched the game and figured it made them do extra prep work.
He said it doesn't make them prepare any more than normal. He said ever since his days at Oklahoma State and then WV he always made his XP unit prepare for the swinging gate and he's been doing at KU since he arrived just in case.
Will be interesting how KU responds if Memphis lines up in it.
DeForest said that goes back to the old Todd Graham days when he did it at Tulsa and Pitt.
